““What can I do to help?” has been my personal mantra for many years. It has taken me on all kinds of adventures in the world of finance, from running compliance programs to implementing new technology to working as a CSA on billion-dollar books of business.
It was also the spark for Cygnet. I realized I could help advisors struggling with finding and training the right CSA talent, managing and developing their CSA team, and keeping that team up to date on the latest technologies.
