For our Full Support option, there’s no minimum AUM requirement. If you’re a smaller firm, we’ll start with a flat monthly fee. As your firm grows, you’ll naturally move to our revenue-based pricing.

Yes. We work directly in your systems and our team is experienced with many of the platforms advisors use. For a Full Support engagement we also take the time during onboarding to familiarize ourselves with your workflows, preferences, and any firm-specific customizations.

Compliance and data security are built into everything we do. Our co-founder brings over five years of RIA compliance experience, and we follow your firm’s guidance with precision.
Our IT partner specializes in working with financial institutions, and has established controls consistent with the SEC's expectations. We use two-factor authentication, keep all systems up to date, store passwords in a secure locker, and limit client data access to the team members serving your firm.

We use email addresses and phone numbers belonging to your advisory firm so that every client interaction feels in-house. Our goal is to ensure your clients see us as a part of your team.

Your journey with Cygnet starts with a short, two-week preparation period. We select your coverage team, set up access for your CSAs, and review your firm and client information. This is “Pre-Day One”—all about getting everything in place before we walk through the door.
Day One is when we go all in. Your primary CSA will spend time (typically one or two weeks) onsite at your office. We work side-by-side, learn how your team operates, understand your style, and get to know your clients’ preferences. It’s the start of a partnership built to last, and often the highlight of the entire onboarding process.
